Whats a good dog breed for me?

1. I have an outdoor cat, semi hostile towards dogs, but will get used to it.

2. I live in a small house, but has a huge backyard

3. I want a small/toy dog

4. I don’t mind grooming… but i don’t like dogs with a heavy scent… like beagles.

5. a dog that wont mind getting pampered a lot… like bathed and dried, dressed on special occasions..ect (please dont tell me to get a stuffed dog just because I want it to get pampered.)

6. It can be a mixed breed.

7. i want it to be fun, and then later on come and snuggle up with me.

8. hopefully it wont mind sitting in my lap.
