to decompose? I got 4 kids all wearing pampers and I forgot to put out the garbage twice in a row (they only pick up every friday) and now I have two garbage cans filled to overflowing with nasty pampers. The neighborhood dogs keep getting intyo them and they are scattered all up and down the street. Will they just disolve someday or will I have to go pick them all up?
